Pettneu has lots to offer - it's a nice and pleasant little village with lovely traditional Austrian houses draped with glorious flower arrangements and many original fountains. If you want to enjoy some peace and quiet there are many hidden places where you can refill your batteries. We invite you to visit the "Wellness Park Stanzertal" in Pettneu or the Welcome-Centre in St. Anton  with its heated indoor swimming pool where you can swim or just relax and "catch some rays" on the outdoor lounging area (one free visit per week). For your children there is a large playground where they can easily spend a few hours.

Pettneu has a central supermarket, bank with ATM, sport shop, bakery and its own art gallery. There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit every choice.

Jules and Helene, both qualified walking guides, organize guided day walks for their guests catering for day trips as well as hut walks. Over-night hut walks only upon request. All guided walks are tailor-made to the ability/requirements of their guests.

We can also advise on the choice of your own walks, bike trips, motorbike tours, climbing adventures, fishing spots or just to find the best places to enjoy the surrounding mountains. There are free buses from Pettneu to Landeck and to St. Anton am Arlberg as well as to Verwall valley.
